The Monday after our campaign launched, we asked people to tweet us their bummers so we could respond with a bubly side solution. But here’s the cool part: we partnered with an on-demand delivery service to bring them the physical items they needed to see the bubly side…in real time. I wrote over 173 tweets, and we successfully delivered over 70 items.
